AIM is a unique in-office coaching programme, guiding staff towards becoming more effective at working with information.

AIM coaching comes with its own built in warranty, unlimited follow up sessions with no hidden costs.

Your AIM consultant will keep on working with each person until everyone has achieved the goal they set for them self, all within a fixed price. The cost per person is no more than a single day's off site training. Typically we work with each person for three to six months.
